This third floor three-bedroom luxury condo overlooks the tropical landscape of the Caribbean and the beautiful green of the golf course. This brand new condominium is perfectly located to meet everyone's needs; just a few minutes walk to the beach club at the Omni Hotel and all its facilities, the marina for the sports fisherman, the golf course, the tennis courts or you can just relax having a margarita feeling the Caribean breeze in the plunge pool on the private terrace.
The unit has three bedrooms, three baths, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast counter and stools, washer & dryer, dining room and a living room area very tastefully decorated. The terraces are furnished with tables and chairs where you can sit and enjoy the wonderful breeze while having a refreshing margarita. A beautiful common pool is available where you can take advantage of the sun while sitting on a wet deck.
All the bedrooms are spacious and perfect for relaxation. Master bedroom: King size bed, walk-in closet, private bath with tub and shower. Second and Guest bedroom: 1 Queen size bed, abundant closet space and drawers, private bath with shower.
In the second floor you will find a terrace where you can rest or have a snack by the shadow of the beautiful palms and buganvillas. By the solarium you will find a pool where you can enjoy a margarita and be deligthed by a beautiful view.
Activities
Puerto Aventuras is characterized as a place where fun and tranquility go hand in hand, with many activities such as its dolphin area, where you can experience marvelous moments with the dolphins and also spend time with manatees or feed manta rays.
You can also rent boats by hour or by day in the “San Carlos” marina which has a capacity for 280 boats. Yachts for sport fishing and scuba diving leave daily from the port. Another activity of this marina is the fishing tournament that takes place in May.
